The SIPC WVCST – Miagao Campus, Miagao, Iloilo intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 1,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Procurement of Materials for Library Building Extension (Phase 1).
Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria of Republic Act No. 9184 otherwise knows as the Government Procurement Reform Act.
