Delivery Period : 60 Calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed
Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a single similar project of at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC to be bid, within the last five (5) years. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use the “pass/fail”’ compliance. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

Bid documents will be available at the BAC Office Telephone No. 3158164 to prospective bidders only upon payment of a non-refundable amount of One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P1,500.00) to the Cashier’s Office.
Only bidders who have purchased the bidding documents shall be allowed to participate in the pre-bid conference. The BAC of ISAT U – Miagao Campus reserves the right to accept or reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without hereby incurring liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
The ISAT U – Miagao Campus assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the supplier/bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
