Invitation to Apply for Eligibility and to Bid
The ISAT U – Miagao Campus, Miagao, Iloilo intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED THIRTY ONE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 931,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Procurement of IT Equipment, Parts and Accessories.
Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria of Republic Act No. 9184 otherwise knows as the Government Procurement Reform Act.

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid security in the amount and form as enumerated under Section 27.2 of IRR-A. Late bids shall not be accepted.
