THE ILOILO SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY – MIAGAO CAMPUS, Miagao, Iloilo, invites interested Suppliers/Bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:
Name of Project: Additional Work for the Construction of One Storey Academic Building
Project Description: Additional Work for the Construction of One Storey Academic Building with One Classroom as per plan and specifications as described in the scope of works.

ABC: Six Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 668,500.00)
Location: ISAT U – Miagao Campus, Miagao, Iloilo
Source of Fund: General Appropriation/Capital Outlay
Delivery Period: 45 Calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed
Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a single similar project of at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC to be bid, within the last two (2) years. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use the “pass/fail”’ compliance. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

Bid documents will be available at the BAC Office Telephone No. 3158164 to prospective bidders only upon payment of a non-refundable amount of One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00) to the Cashier’s Office. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website: www.sipc.edu.ph, provided that the bidder shall pay a non refundable fee for the bidding documents, not later than the submission of bid.
Only bidders who have purchased the bidding documents shall be allowed to participate in the pre-bid conference. The BAC of ISAT U – Miagao Campus reserves the right to accept or reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without hereby incurring liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
The ISAT U – Miagao Campus assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the supplier/bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
