INVITATION TO BID
THE ILOILO SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY – MIAGAO CAMPUS, Miagao, Iloilo, invites interested Suppliers/Bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

ABC : Three Million Pesos (Php 3,000,000.00)
Location : ISAT U – Miagao Campus, Miagao, Iloilo
Source of Funds : General Appropriations Act/Capital Outlay 2018
Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a single similar project of at least Twenty Five percent (25%) of the ABC to be bid, within the last two (2) years. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use the “pass/fail” compliance. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

A complete set of Bid documents will be available at the BAC Office Telephone No. 315-8164 to prospective bidders only upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Pesos Only (P 5,000.00) to the Cashier’s Office. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website: www.sipc.edu.ph, provided that the bidder shall pay a non refundable fee for the bidding documents, not later than the submission of bid.
Only bidders who have purchased the bidding documents shall be allowed to participate in the pre-bid conference. The BAC of ISA U – Miagao Campus reserves the right to accept or reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without hereby incurring liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
The ILOILO SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY – Miagao Campus assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the supplier/bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
