THE ILOILO SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY – MIAGAO CAMPUS, Miagao, Iloilo, invites interested Suppliers/Bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:
Name of Project: Repair and Maintenance of Various Buildings (Repainting of Exterior Walls)
Project Description: Repair and Maintenance of Various Buildings; To cover exterior paints of Bldg. D (HRT/Math/Drafting Bldg), Bldg. E (LRC/Annex Lib/Language/PE Bldg), Bldg. F (Education/Science Bldg) and Bldg P (Library/Info Tech Bldg) as per plan and specifications as described in the scope of works:

Location : ISAT U – Miagao Campus, Miagao, Iloilo
Source of Funds : MOOE/Fund 101
Delivery Period : 60 Calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed
Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a single similar project of at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC to be bid, within the last two (2) years. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use the “pass/fail”’ compliance. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

Bid documents will be available at the BAC Office Telephone No. 3158164 to prospective bidders only upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00) to the Cashier’s Office.
It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website: www.sipc.edu.ph, provided that the bidder shall pay a non refundable fee for the bidding documents, not later than the submission of bid.
The ISAT U – Miagao Campus assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the supplier/bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
