THE ILOILO SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY – MIAGAO CAMPUS, Miagao, Iloilo, invites interested Suppliers/Bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

ABC : Two Million Six Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Five Pesos (Php 2,653,865.00)
Location : ISAT U – Miagao Campus, Miagao, Iloilo
Source of Funds : Fund 164
Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a single similar project of at least Twenty Five percent (25%) of the ABC to be bid, within the last two (2) years. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use the “pass/fail” compliance. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

A complete set of Bid documents will be available at the BAC Office (c/o Wenefreda N. Nolada) Telephone No. 315-8164 local 108 to prospective bidders only upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Pesos Only (P 5,000.00) to the Cashier’s Office.
It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website: www.sipc.edu.ph. provided that the bidder shall pay a non refundable fee for the bidding documents, not later than the submission of bid.
The ILOILO SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY – Miagao Campus assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the supplier/bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
