Qualified applicants for enrollment are reminded of the following:
1. Enrollment period is on July 6 -17, 2020.
2. Enrollment will be confirmed only by the Office of the Registrar if the applicant could submit their original SHS Card, Certificate of Good Moral Character, photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate, two sets of mailing stamps, one long size white mailing envelope and one long size white folder within the enrollment period.
3. Applicants whose enrollment had been confirmed by the Office of the Registrar will be notified through a text message.
4. Applicants can hand-in their documents to the Security Guard on duty.
5. The documents should be placed inside a long size brown envelope duly labelled with the applicant’s name, address, contact number and degree program.
6.Failure to enroll within the said period means that the applicant will be replaced by the wait listed applicants whose names will be posted on July 20, 2020.
7. A separate announcement regarding the enrollment procedure will be posted in ISAT U Miagao Campus Public Information Office facebook page.
