Enrollment Process

ENROLLMENT ADVISORY FOR QUALIFIED INCOMING FIRST YEAR STUDENTS:

  1. Students are encouraged to enroll online especially those below 21 years old.
  2. Starting July 6, 2020, Online Enrollment can be accessed in this link: https://enrollment.miagao.isatu.edu.ph/
  3. Take note of your Admission ID, for qualified applicants who submitted their application online, please contact the Office of the Registrar at 315-8164 local 113 for your Admission ID.
  4. Follow the Enrollment Process as illustrated in the Infographics.
  5.  After the Online Pre-Enrollment, submit the ORIGINAL SHS Card, Certificate of Good Moral Character, photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate, two sets of mailing stamps, one long size white mailing envelope and one long size white folder within the enrollment period.
  6. Applicants can hand-in their documents to the Security Guard on duty.
  7. The documents should be placed inside a long size brown envelope duly labelled with the applicant’s name, address, contact number and degree program.
  8. Applicants who have submitted the required documents will be notified through email or text message by the Office of the Registrar confirming the enrollment.
  9. Enrollment Period is from July 6-17, 2020 only.
  10. Failure to enroll within the said period means that the applicant will be replaced by the wait listed applicants whose names will be posted on July 20, 2020.
ONLINE PRE-ENROLLMENT PROCESS FOR NEW STUDENTS

ENROLLMENT ADVISORY FOR OLD STUDENTS:

  1. Regular Students are encouraged to enroll online starting July 13, 2020.
  2. Online Enrollment can be accessed in this link: https://enrollment.miagao.isatu.edu.ph/
  3. Follow the Enrollment Process as illustrated in the Infographics.
  4. Irregular Students who needs face-to-face assessment is encouraged to book an appointment online via https://www.sipc.edu.ph/appointment/
  5. Students will be notified through email or text message by the Office of the Registrar confirming the enrollment within a week from the enrollment date.
ONLINE PRE-ENROLLMENT PROCESS FOR OLD STUDENTS

For students with no Internet Access, Walk-in Enrollment will be entertained. However, make sure to comply the Travel Restriction Guidelines set by the IATF.
