INVITATION FOR SHORT LISTING FOR CONSULTING SERVICES (CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION)
1. The Iloilo Science and Technology University – Miagao Campus through the Fund 101 (Capital Outlay/GAA) intends to apply the sum of Php 285,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consulting Services for the Supervision of the Upgrading of Electric Power Supply (Installation of Electric Power Generator with Power House. The eligibility requirements for Shortlisting of Bidders are the following:
a. Private Practitioner w/ recent RME/REE/PEE PRC license
b. Curriculum Vitae indicating the ff.:
• Personal Data & Work Experience (at least 3 years)
• Statement of Ongoing/Completed government/private projects
c. Professional Tax Receipt/BIR Certificate of Registration/Mayor’s or Business Permit/ DTI registration
d. Tax Clearance or Income/Business Tax Return
2. The Iloilo Science and Technology University – Miagao Campus now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Consulting Services (Construction Supervision). Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before February 3, 2021, at BAC Office, ISAT U – Miagao Campus, Igtuba, Miagao, Iloilo. Eligibility envelopes of prospective bidders shall be subjected to short listing.
3. The BAC & TWGs shall draw up the short list of consultants/firms from those who have submitted their respective eligibility documents and have been determined as eligible in accordance with the requirements.
The short list shall consist of atleast three (3) prospective bidders who will be entitled to submit bids.
4. The Iloilo Science and Technology University – Miagao Campus reserves the right to reject any short listed bidders at any time prior to Request for Expression of Interest.
