Invitation for Negotiated Procurement
Due to Two-Failed Biddings
In view of the two-failed biddings, the Iloilo Science and Technology University – Miagao Campus through the Government of the Philippines under the Fund 164, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Fourteen Thousand Pesos Only (Php 3,314,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the project “Procurement of Portable Wifi”. Proposals received in excess of the BAC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
The procurement of the project will be conducted through Negotiation Procurement (Two Failed Biddings), an Alternative Method of Procurement, in accordance with Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act no. 9184 including Annex H thereof.
The ISAT U Miagao Campus, through its Bids and Awards Committee, now invites suppliers to submit sealed quotation/proposals not later than March 23, 2021, 5:00 PM at BAC Office, ISAT U Miagao Campus, Igtuba, Miagao, Iloilo. Late quotation/proposals shall not be accepted.
Copies of the following eligibility requirements are also required to be submitted along with your quotation/proposal:
- PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration under Platinum category;
- BIR Certificate of Registration;
- Mayor’s/Business Permit;
- Tax Clearance;
- Audited Financial Statements;
- Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Registration Certificate;
- Omnibus Sworn Statement
The Financial Documents will be composed of the following:
- Schedule of Requirements/Production Delivery Schedule
- After-sales Services/Parts/warranty if applicable
- Technical Specifications
- Bid Tender
