The Italian Cooperation Agency Bakery project was inaugurated at Southern Iloilo Polytechnic College- WVCST Miagao Campus on November 23, 2009. The program was graced by Mr. Sergio Quattrocchi, Project Manager of Cooperazione Italiana; Hon. Mayor Julieta N. Flores, representatives of the Provincial and Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officers; stakeholders of the College and some Southern Iloilo Polytechnic College- WVCST Miagao Campus on November 23, 2009. Flores, representatives of the Provincial and Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officers; stakeholders of the College and some Local Government Officials.
The SIPC Bakeshop is a nutritional project of the Italian Cooperation Agency,Embassy of Italy in coordination with the Provincial and Municipal Social Welfare Development offi ces. The Bakery Project is managed by the Municipality of Miagao through the offi ce of the Municipal Mayor.
The Municipal Social Welfare Development Officer and the Campus Administrator of SIPC-WVCST Miagao Campus assist the Municipal Mayor in the management of the Project being implemented at SIPCWVCST Miagao Campus. The team implementing the Project is composed of Dr. Raul F. Muyong, Project Leader; Mrs. Melba N. Magote, Project Manager; Mrs. Agnes Resalena M. Monteclaro, In-charge of Marketing and delivery of products to the target clientele; Mrs. Maria Luisa N. Eiman, Finance Officer; Miss Ginafe N. Faunal, Quality Control Officer; Mr. Ronald Lagmay and Mr. Joel Nava, Bakers; and Homemakers Club Offi cers and members to take charge of the packaging of the products.
