Invitation to Apply for Eligibility and to Bid

The SIPC WVCST – Miagao Campus, Miagao, Iloilo intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 680,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Procurement of 40 sets of Computer with complete accessories for Computer Laboratory.

Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria of Republic Act No. 9184 otherwise knows as the Government Procurement Reform Act.

         Submission and Opening of Bids ……………………May 6, 2011 – 10:00 a.m.

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid security in the amount and form as enumerated under Section 27.2 of IRR-A. Late bids shall not be accepted.
